As a nonprofit organization, ECS is able to continually reinvest back into our senior living communities — by improving services to residents and their families, assisting our staff in their pursuit of higher education and personal development, and sparking new ways to fulfill our mission.
We do not pay dividends to shareholders (because there aren’t any). It is part of what we call social accountability and is at the heart of everything we do. It inspires our core values and is the foundation of the mission to which we have devoted ourselves since 1923.
